Li Tin Lun, Otto (b. 1980) graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the department of Fine Arts (BA and MFA). Having been a concept artist in a CG animation company for years, Otto experienced life watching pixels on the screen every day, trying to explore a connection between virtuality and reality through his early series of "Pixel" sculpture.

His latest works focus on exploring how different types of images are produced and presented, and their relationship with ourselves. By reconstructing images in forms of sculpture, virtual modeling, digital images & interactive installation, he explores the possibilities of interpreting and re-interpreting images, as well as reflecting our relationship with the nature of space, time, media, technology & our senses. Recently, he records various environmental sound through different communities and location in Hong Kong, and transform it into “soundscape” sculpture by computer program, thus recalling the communion between city & ourselves, media & our senses.

In the past, Otto participated in exhibitions like "The 2nd CAFAM Future Exhibition: Observer-Creator- The Reality Representation of Chinese Young Art" (CAFA Art Museum, Beijing), "Conforming to Vicinity – A Cross-strait four-region Artistic Exchange Project 2014" (He Xiangning Art Museum), "Hong Kong Eye" (The Saatchi Gallery, London), "Hong Kong Contemporary Art Awards 2012"(The Hong Kong Museum of Art), "deTour 2012"(former Wan Chai Police Station), "ONE,- an Exhibition of Art and Football by Otto Li" (OC Gallery, Hong Kong), "Charming Experience - Hong Kong Art: Open Dialogue Exhibition Series IV" ( The Hong Kong Museum of Art), "Haven’t You Heard?
