Born in Milan in 1976, Rae had the first approach to the streets as a part of the third generation of Skaters of the middle 80s, then became part of Graffiti Writing community in the last 80s and for over twenty years he serves as one of the greatest exemplars of the european Graffiti writing movement. 
From creative actions on unauthorized public places and trains to abstract paintings on canvas, Rae painted street pieces and showed in art galleries and museums from Milan to Los Angeles, Sao Paolo, Amsterdam, Buenos Aires, Berlin, Basel, Miami, Nantes, New York, Prague, Paris. 
Rae is author of the video - editorial project "24 carat dirt" (spring 2012) published by Damiani Editore.
He lives in Milan and works as a painter and illustrator.
Martini won the 2012 ArtYou award in Basel, recently showed at
Carmichael Gallery in Los Angeles, took part to the 2012
Graffuturism show at Soze Gallery Los Angeles, in "Stuck on the
City" show at the Prague City Gallery with the Rebel Ink Crew, has
been selected to show at the 54 Venice Biennale International Art
show Special Project in 2011, he featured in the “In Situ” show
with the Graffuturism group at Art Basel Miami/Wynwood Art District
in Miami, USA, and at the show “Faire le Mur” at Le Lieu Unique in
Nantes, France. Rae had a solo show at the Unruly Gallery in
Amsterdam, Galerie Openspace Paris, at the Castel Nuovo -
Fondazione Valenzi in Naples, took part in shows at Museum Recoleta
in Buenos Aires, Museum Santa Maria della Scala in Siena, MAC -
Contemporary Art Museum of San Paolo in Brasil, PAC Museum -
Contemporary Art Pavilion in Milan, Italy.
