BIOGRAPHY
Jan Smaga (b. 1974 Polan) graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. Best known for his works with with long-time collaborator Aneta Grzeszykowska, he has participated in numerous international exhibitions including the 6th Baltic Contemporary Art Biennial at the National Museum in Szczecin, Poland, Biennial of Polish Art in Lodz, the Central European House of Photography in Slovakia and the Palimpsest Museum. Smaga and Grzeszykowska are represented by Galerie Raster in Warsaw and the Robert Mann Gallery in New York. Jan Smaga lives and works in Warsaw.
