Aaron Rothman

Aaron Rothman lives and works in Phoenix, Arizona. His photographs, videos and site-specific multi-media installations examine perceptual experience of the natural and built environments. His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, including solo exhibitions at the Cheekwood Museum of Art in Nashville Tennessee (2010) and Gitterman Gallery in New York (2006), and a two-person collaborative exhibit at the Ruffin Gallery at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville (2012). Group exhibitions include shows at the Phoenix Art Museum (2012), the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia (2011), the Museum of Photographic Arts in San Diego (2011), the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art (2009), the Richard Levy Gallery in Albuquerque (2012), and the Rooke Gallery in Johannesburg, South Africa (2008).
