BIOGRAPHY
Monika Stricker (b. 1978 Düsseldorf) studied at the Künstakademie Düsseldorf under Magdalena Jetelová and Rita McBride. In 2005, she received the de Haen Carstanjen & Söhne studio grant from the Kunstverein für die Rheinlande und Westfalen in Düsseldorf. Recent solo exhibitions have taken place at Villa Grisebach Gallery, Fritz Balthaus and Büro DC in Cologne. She is represented by Gallery CLAGES in Cologne. Monika Stricker lives and works in Düsseldorf.
